Of the six temp agencies in Seattle that I’ve worked through, Pace is currently my favorite. Though they’re not as slick as Office Team and not as super professional as Woods and Associates, my experience there has been thoroughly positive. Pace is staffed by people who genuinely seem to care about the job seekers they represent, and they seem to have a good feel for what an employer wants. Most importantly, I’m getting job assignments through them. In the end, that’s what matters: money in the pocket book and food on the table. In that sense, Pace delivers.
