I recently returned from a leisure trip to Kansas City, MO with my husband and two year old son. We booked our trip on Expedia and stayed at the Crescent Hotel. I checked this hotels own website prior to booking and was quite dissapointed in their blatant false advertising. Not only did they not provide maid service (as their website stated), but their pool was frozen, their restaurant was shut down, the lounge blared extremely loud hip hop music and I got stuck in their ancient elevator. All in all…NOT a good stay! I do not recomend this hotel.
